PROJECT PROGRESS IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS! Thanks to the success of our first volunteer-equipped 2009, CHISPAS Project Progress ESL program is back for a second year. With more than 35 volunteers and 50 students, we pushed the envelope. This year, we expect to do bigger and better things with what we have.
